1. Type in the following web address:
   http://www.iowatelecom.net/psc_login.html
   
2. You will be asked to login to the Message Center.
   Type in your IowaTelecom.net username (yourname@iowatelecom.net) and your current IowaTelecom.net password. If you don't remember your password call Iowa Telecom Technical Support toll free at 1-888-214-3839.
   
3. To set your junk e-mail security level, click on Junk E-mail Settings located at the top of the Message Center page.
   1. Under Junk E-mail Blocking, click the "on" button.
   2. Under Spam Filters, choose which level of security you want for each junk mail category.
   3. Once you are finished setting your filters, click on the Save Changes button.
   
   
4. If there are specific e-mail addresses you want to approve or block, you can add them to the Approved Senders or Blocked Senders lists, which appears in the Sender Lists section.

Then login using your IowaTelecom.net username and password.

It is recommended that you check your Message Center often at first to see what mail is being filtered out. You may find mail in your Message Center that you want to receive. If so, you can adjust your filters or use the feature that allows you to "approve senders."

VIRUS PROTECTION

1. At the top the Message Center page, click on Virus Settings.
   1. Click the On button to protect yourself from harmful and potentially costly outbreaks of e-mail virus and receive notice of viruses in your Message Center Box.
