Click on the Browse button to select a file to upload. This will bring up a window that allows you to select the file to upload. Just be sure that the file is smaller than the Max Upload that is shown right below the Upload button.
To create a folder put in the name of the folder and click Ok.
Search files & Folders will allow you to search for a particular file or folder. To limit the search to the current folder select the checkbox.
The Quota box shows the amount of disk space available to you.
Clicking on a file or folder allows you to open it. Images will generally open in your browser. Clicking on the 
button will allow you to Rename, Move, Delete, and Duplicate the selected file or folder.
